Heading to the unknown

I just finished packing for my trip to Frenchville, Pa. I will being helping those less fortunate with Sr. Michele. I have done mission trips before, this one will be a little different for me (I get to use a hammer!!!), but I think it will open my eyes to a new knowledge. I love experiencing trips like this, because it helps me to understand the world and myself better. More than that though, I love helping others. I am one of those people that wants to go to Africa and feed the hungry, and save the hippos. I was born with a big heart my mother says. I hope to use this compassion to write a book one day that I hope will open peoples eyes to my experience. For everyone who has a passion, I advise you to journal like I do and if you have writing skills, put them to use and write. I love reading first accounts of people being people, as I have said before, everyone has a story to be told, but not everyone is willing to tell it.
